Railway Platforms Sundolitt expanded polystyrene provides an ideal and cost-effective basis for the construction of railway platforms
Sundolitt EPS blocks are robust, lightweight and easy-to-handle on site, reducing platform construction times and minimising disruption to train services and passengers. Despite their light weight, they have exceptional strength and load-bearing capacity.
They impose much less load pressure on the subsoil and any underlying services, than conventional platform construction methods, representing around 1% of the weight of traditional fill materials
